Shipping Terms

All products are custom designed and made to order in our workshop. Production time varies depending on seasonal demand and order quantity. During peak seasons, wait times may reach 1–2 weeks before shipment. Once your order is completed, it ships within 1–2 days. Our goal is not about quantity; it is to create quality products and deliver them quickly to you. If your order takes longer than expected, we'll notify you by email.

To cancel an order, contact us by email immediately. If production hasn't started or is only partially underway, we can cancel and issue a full or partial refund. Once your order is finished, refunds cannot be issued.
