We individually design, engrave and hand-condition each patch, before it is stitched to your hat.
Each patch is made of real leather hide. Each hide is unique and varies slightly in color, shade, and markings.
The flex fit trucker hat features a curved bill with a mid-profile, six panels and breathable mesh lining. An inside stretch band reduces pressure points, while conforming to your head shape. With a 3½" crown height and adjustable snapback closure (6½" to 7⅞"), it fits most head sizes comfortably.
